Intro To Hockey

Spring 2008 Session- Now Enrolling!!
Eight (8) Sunday Sessions, beginning May 11th .


Our skating programs encourage the development of the beginning skater
through the elite athlete in a warm, friendly and fun environment.

Hockey 101*
(Boys and Girls ages 4 and up)
A learn to play program designed to teach beginning hockey players proper balance and skating technique. This program is geared towards the student who has some skating experience. (Prerequisite: Learn to Skate or equivalent).
Hockey 102*
(Boys and Girls ages 4 and up)
A learn to play program designed to introduce a player with limited hockey experience to the skills necessary to play on a hockey team. Boys/Girls need to be able to skate across the rink unassisted, have proper balance, get up once fallen and stop. Players who have completed Hockey 102 are ready for our Spring Hockey Programs and Fall House Ice League.

*Required Equipment

Hockey 101: skate, hockey helmet, and hockey stick (knee/elbowpads highly recommended)
Hockey 102: Full ice hockey equipment (available at the Sports Plus Pro Shop at The Rinks).

at 10am to 11am or 2:00pm to 3:00pm

A learn to play hockey/skate program for young boys and girls. specifically designed to teach beginning hockey players.

All classes are less 10 minutes for ice resurfacing.
