General Questions

HOW DO I BOOK A BIRTHDAY PARTY?

Please call 203-693-1000 to reserve your party today.  Upon booking, we require a non-refundable $100 deposit.  If you prefer to pay by cash, you may stop by the Rinks front office Monday-Friday 10am-5pm and ask for Cathy.  On weekends, stop by the Golf Center front desk and ask for a manager. (We accept all major credit cards, including Amex).

WHAT DOES EACH PARTY INCLUDE?

Every party includes:

  1. 1 hour in the activity, ½ hour in the party room for cake

  2. Designated Party Coordinator

  3. Invitations (hard copy or digital)

  4. SportsCenter coupon packet for each guest

WHEN DO I NEED TO GIVE MY FINAL COUNT?

We ask for a final estimate the week of the party so we can appropriately assign a room (*WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU BASED ON YOUR ESTIMATE.  You will only be charge for the # of guests who show up that day, with a minimum of 8).

IS THERE A MAXIMUM # OF GUESTS ALLOWED?

No.  However, for some activities, we can accommodate a maximum amount at one time.  If you go above that amount, your party coordinator will rotate guests through the activity so everyone has equal playing time.

WHEN CAN I HAVE A PARTY?

Parties can be booked year round.  They can be booked for any mutually agreed upon date and time.

CAN WE BRING DECORATIONS?

Table decorations, balloons and themed tableware are permitted.  Wall decorations, piñatas, and ceiling decorations are strictly prohibited.

WHAT KIND OF CAKE CAN I BRING?

Traditional cake, cupcakes, and ice cream cake are all OK to bring.  We do have a freezer to store ice cream cakes.  *If you bring an ice cream cake, we ask that you bring a knife to cut it with.

WHO IS ALLOWED IN THE PARTY ROOM DURING THE PARTY?

Party Rooms are designed for birthday party participants only and the birthday child’s parents/guardians.  If guests’ parents are staying during the duration of the party, they may relax in the food court or clubhouse area.  Banquet rooms are available at an additional cost if you desire to seat and feed non-participant guests.

*With the exception of Lazer Tag, activities are not exclusive to your party.  Should you wish to have the party be exclusive, additional fees apply.  Please call our Party Planner for rates 203-693-1000.

Suggested ages for activities:

Lazer Tag– ages 6 and up

GameZone– ages 4 and up

Ice Skating– ages 7 and up

FunBowl– ages 2 and up

Lazer Tag

Is the arena exclusive to our party?

Yes, you will have exclusive time in the arena.

How many guests can play at one time?

We have 24 vests working at one time.  If you have more than 24 guests, your party coordinator will rotate them through the activity to allow equal playing time for all.

Can parents participate in the game?

Yes, provided there are enough vests (birthday guests get priority), parents may join in. The cost is $15 for two games.

Is there a viewing area for parents to watch?

No.  However, the birthday child’s parents may stay and watch from the doorway of the vesting room.  Guests’ parents may enjoy use of our food court or catch an event on one of our two ice rinks while they wait!

Mini-Golf

What happens if it rains?

In the event of inclement weather (rain, snow, thunderstorms), you will receive a free upgrade to bowling.  If you prefer to keep the party as mini-golf, you are welcome to reschedule at no additional cost to a mutually agreed upon date and time.

Ice Skating

What if the guests cannot skate?

Skate aids are available at an additional charge.  They are available for children under the age of 6 only.

Can parents skate with the party?

Yes, the party parents may skate at no additional charge.  If guests’ parents want to skate, they must pay our regular public skate admission and skate rental prices.

Do my guests need to bring anything to participate?

Socks are required.  We also highly encourage guests bring a helmet and gloves to wear on the ice.  Long pants and a jacket or sweatshirt are also recommended.
